How does your delivery work?
Every order is inspected before shipment and delivered directly to your doorstep at no additional cost within our service area.
When will I receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items: typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Custom & made-to-order: timelines vary by product. Estimated delivery windows are listed on each product page and provided as good-faith estimates.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery until it arrives.
Do you ship outside the 48 contiguous states?
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Customers outside this area may arrange delivery through a freight forwarder. See our

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
Ready-to-ship items: cancellations may be possible within 24 hours if processing hasn’t begun.
Custom & made-to-order: cannot be canceled once production has begun.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 10 business days with photos. Depending on the issue, we will provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or partial compensation. Unauthorized returns will not qualify for a refund. See the

Are your products authentic designer pieces?
Our furniture is inspired by iconic mid-century modern designs and crafted to meet premium quality standards. Each piece is carefully built and inspected to ensure durability, comfort, and timeless style. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any trademark holders.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All items include a 6-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. For details, see our

Custom & Trade
Do you accept custom or made-to-order requests?
Yes. Many pieces can be made to order with different finishes or materials. Please review the product page for availability. Custom items are final sale.
